The primary graph in LEVEL for Type II Diabetics. This graph is to you as the 'Line Graph with Events and Numerics is to the Type I Diabetic. As you fight the battle 'day by day' instead of 'hour by hour' as the Type I does, you are not so much interested in tracking your food and insulin hour by hour but rather tracking how your DAILY Behavior affects your Blood Glucose Levels. This graph lines up your recorded 'Daily Controls' with your Blood Glucose Levels permitting you to see what in your daily activity, be it exercise, medications, or diet is happening on the same day as your bad (or even good) readings. It is an educational process allowing you to refine your behavior to produce the readings you want.

...besides using 'Bar Graphs' this elementary way, you can do a more sophisticated analysis
using a 'Daily Controls Profile'. see FAQs to learn 'What is a Daily Controls Profile?'
Your 'Medical Dots', the entries of your physician visits and medical tests, are spread out on a timeline below the
BGL graph, for easy observation of what preceded or occurred subsequent to a physican visit or medical test. The
entire 'Medical Dots' entry pops up into a Message Box when the 'Dot' is clicked on. Your 'Medical Dots' also
appear as a timeline on the 'Line Graphs with Filters'.
Also, your 'Diary Dots', ( entries of significant events in your life ), also appear spread out on a timeline at the bottom
of this graph. Clicking on a 'Diary Dot' pops that entire 'Diary Dot' entry into a Message Box for easy viewing. Your
'Diary Dots' also appear as a timeline on the 'Line Graphs with Events and Numerics'.
The Bar Graphs also act as a reinforcer to keep you
complying with your regime. As you view the long rows of
entry verifying you have 'stuck to it' you may feel a sense
of satisfaction.
As everywhere in LEVEL you can restrict the range of
Blood Glucose Levels to view, the days of the week, the
times of day, and your choice of various Events and
Numerical data that you entered along with the Blood
Glucose value.
You can further choose to see the "High', 'Low', or
'Averaged' reading for each day instead of 'all' the
readings, as above, or you may view the 'Daily Count' of
entries.
