...working with the Selected Patient
The most sophisticated way a patient can get their
data into your system is by both of you using  'Internet
Data Storage'.
( ..see FAQs for more on 'Internet Data
Storage'
). However they may prefer to  'EXPORT'
their data from their own system and email the
EXPORTED zipped file to you or hand carry it to your
office on external media such as USB Flash Drive.
Then you may IMPORT that zipped file into their copy
of LEVEL  within your system by simply here clicking
on the  'IMPORT for this patient'   button.
In the rare (hopefully NEVER ) instance of
IMPORTING data into the wrong patient's copy of
LEVEL, you may identify the error by viewing your
'Administrator's Log File'   under the  'Administrator'
button on the  'Control Center'  screen, and take
corrective action here on this screen with the  'RESET
to earlier data (Recovery )'  button.
If a patient stops visiting you, you may move their
name to the   'Inactive List'   for the purpose of
keeping your list of  'Active Patients'   shorter for
easier daily operation. They may be easily recalled
from the   'Inactive List'   at any time.
When finished working with this patient, click on
'Close Proceedings for this patient'   to return to the
'Control Center'  screen.
<< Back
Clicking on the  'Proceed with the Selected Active
Patient'  button in the previous  'Control Center'
screen will lead you to this screen which is used for
working with the selected patient.
Most often you will simply  'Open Level for this patient'
and proceed to that patient's copy of  'LEVEL'
present in your  'Level for Professionals'   model.
Each of your patients will have their own copy of
'LEVEL'   within your  'Level for Professionals'  model,
complete with all the graphs, tables, and analytic tools
that are in  'LEVEL'.  To be aware of those tools you
should visit the
Single User Model Information Page
in this website.
At the close of working with this patient's individual
copy of  'LEVEL'   within your system, you will be
returned to this screen.
Each time a patient visits you should  'Record Visit for
this patient'   entering a description of the visit, with
prescriptions, observations, tests made, next
scheduled appointment, etc. These entries made be
viewed either in forward or reverse time order,  with
the  'View all visits for this patient'  button.  (The
entries are also present on the timeline of a LEVEL
graph).
Download the Free Trial version of  'Level for Professionals'  and try.
